With over 20 years of experience teaching fitness, gymnastics, dance, yoga, and martial arts to all ages; she can design an individualized, progressive program of cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training exercises based on your fitness goals.
We have a private exercise area and are available by appointment 7 days a week, day and night.
