How to Use Zelle
Follow these simple steps to send payments securely through Zelle:

Here are the general steps to access and use Zelle on your phone:

1. Open Your Banking App
   Launch the mobile banking app for your bank or credit union. Most major banks have Zelle integrated into their apps.

3. Locate the Zelle Option
   Look for the "Zelle" tab or button within the app. It might be under sections like "Payments," "Transfer Money," or "Send Money."

• If it’s your first time using Zelle, you may need to enroll by entering your email address or phone number.
• Verify your account if prompted.

2. Add Recipient Using the QR Code or Contact Info
• First, try scanning or uploading the QR code provided below for quick setup.
• If the QR code doesn’t work, manually add toddtomco@gmail.com as the recipient's contact information.

3. Enter Payment Details
• Input the amount you want to send.
• Please add a note for reference (e.g., “Karate Tuition”, “Uniforms”).

4. Review and Confirm
   Double-check the payment details and confirm the transaction.

6. Receive Confirmation
   You’ll typically get a confirmation screen or email once the payment is successfully sent.

Tracy's Karate Studio Late Payment and Belt Testing Policy

At Tracy's Karate Studio, we're committed to fostering a welcoming environment where martial arts training is accessible to all. Our tuition is intentionally kept low and we take pride in offering an inclusive policy that allows the whole family to participate without extra charges. To continue offering these benefits and maintaining our commitment to fairness, we've established the following late payment and belt testing policy:

Tuition:  Payments are due by your first class of each month.  We do not prorate.

Late Payment Fee:  Starting on the 8th of each month, a late fee of $10 will be applied.

Belt Testing and Payment: To ensure fairness and commitment, only students with up-to-date tuition can participate in belt testing. This policy aligns financial responsibility with training dedication.

Flexible Payment: We accept cash, check, or online payment through Zelle. Zelle can be found in most banking apps. Our Zelle contact info is toddtomco@gmail.com. Our business name will show up as Winds from the East.
