Monica starts with a fitness assessment to ascertain individual strengths and weaknesses. Together, a personal goals are created based on wants and needs. Finally, a plan is made for not just physical workouts, but also strategies to maintain motivation and overcome obstacles to wellness.

No need to worry about crowds as Tracy's has a private exercise area. If you'd rather work out at home, Monica can also travel to you. Appointments are available 7 days a week, starting as early as 5am.
