What sets Tracy's Karate Studio apart from other martial arts studios in Medina, is that we're a community as well as a safe place where you can develop physical skills.  Our instructors are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your full potential.  Our students support one another's progress where higher belts become mentors and roll models for lower belts.  

Our class rates are affordable, and we allow entire families to train for the price of one membership.

  • Once a week Private Lessons – work one on one with an instructor to meet your personal goals. Your private lesson can include your whole family with no extra charge. Private lesson can be scheduled Mondays thru Thursdays 3 pm - 9 pm and Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm.

Lil' Dragons
3-6 yr olds

A unique curriculum to aid development of balance coordination, discipline, fine and gross motor skills, exercise, and self-confidence. We provide a fun learning experience in a safe environment.



Mondays 4:30pm-5pm

     Wednesdays 5pm-5:30pm

       Thursdays 5pm-5:30pm

       Saturdays 10am-10:30am

 


Personal Fitness

Monica Tomco is nationally certified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and a Senior Fitness Specialist.  Monica has over 20 years experience training people of all ages and ablities.

Monica starts with a fitness assessment to ascertain individual strengths and weaknesses.  Together, a personal goals are created based on wants and needs.  Finally, a plan is made for not just physical workouts, but also strategies to maintain motivation and overcome obstacles to wellness.  

Whether you are interested in shedding pounds, training for an athletic event, rehabilitating after injury, or improving your lifestyle, Monica can help you create and follow through with your fitness plan.

No need to worry about crowds as Tracy's has a private exercise area.  If you'd rather work out at home, Monica can also travel to you.  Appointments are available 7 days a week, starting as early as 5am.
